SUNDAY WORSHIP
10:15 AM
Everyone Together
We encourage families to worship God together. There is a nursery for young children 0-3, but children are encouraged to participate in worship. Usually, worship goes until around 11:40 am.
THE LORD'S SUPPER
We gather at our Lord's Table during the worship service
on the first Sunday of every month.
God's Word and sacraments are intended to focus our faith on the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross for our salvation. God gives lavish grace to His people through them, so we prioritize the Word and sacraments in our worship.
We believe the Lord's Supper is a means of God's grace, therefore, we approach our Lord's Table with reverence, expectation, and carefulness. We ask all visitors who desire to receive the Lord's Supper with us to carefully consider some important information before participating. We also ask that they share some important information with us. Our intent is to best promote God's glory and Christian unity and to protect the purity of the Supper and of our congregation.
You will find Visitor Lord's Supper Participation cards in the pews which explain how visitors can participate in the Lord's Supper. Please carefully review the card before participating. Review the sample card below. We gather cards from each visitor who participates.
WE LOVE CHILDREN
WE WANT CHILDREN WITH US IN CORPORATE WORSHIP
We believe that it's best for families to worship together. We consider children a blessing and we want them with us for worship. They bring love for God, energy, passion, and encouragement to our worship.
WHAT ABOUT WEE ONES? Sometimes wee ones make noise and get restless. We understand! If you feel uncomfortable that your little one may be distracting, we'd like to serve you by offering several solutions:
We have a live video feed in the back area attached to our worship space. This area is for people who need to excuse themselves from worship (children included).
Nursery staff is provided during the service. You are welcome to take your child(ren) to our nursery where they will be cared for. There is a live video feed of the service in the nursery.
Our desire is to engage children in worship through preaching, singing, praying, sacraments, etc. so that they too can hear from God and find comfort and joy for their souls.
WHAT IS YOUR WORSHIP LIKE?
Our worship is not lights, camera, action. It's not highly produced. We worship in spirit and in truth. Our worship is simple, unpretentious, and easy to follow (our liturgy is guilt, grace, gratitude). We devote much time to reading and preaching God's Word because we believe it is central to worship and transforms people. We greatly value the sacraments of baptism and the Lord's Supper. We sing ancient and modern songs including psalms. Our music is led by one of our Praise Teams.
WHAT IF I'M HEARING IMPAIRED?
We have listening devices in the back sound booth to serve you. Please stop by the booth and request a device.
WHAT IF I NEED TO EXCUSE MYSELF DURING WORSHIP?
Perhaps you need to sit in the back in order to easily excuse yourself during worship. Please do. In order to serve people, we have set up a live video feed of the service in our back area. Feel free to sit in this area until you are comfortable returning to your seat. This area is also great for restless children.
WHAT IF I'M NOT A CHRISTIAN?
We would love to have you. You do not need to agree with us to benefit from our worship. We invite you to come as you are and listen, think, reason, and even ask the elders questions after worship. They are happy to serve you in any way they can.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Our atmosphere is casual, however you will occasionally see suits and ties. Jeans and a t-shirt are good. Suits are good. What do you prefer?
